T&T: Subject: How far on the Tennessee River?

Jane and I have wintered over at Pebble Isle and I just used a bilge heater
in the ER .  That particular winter I never even saw a film of ice on the
water.  Prior to that we had been to Florence AL and Joe Wheeler park.
Neither of those required any heat according to local knowledge.  Florence
is small and likelihood of a covered slip this late is slim.  Joe Wheeler
just put in another covered dock a year ago.  We were on the waiting list
but had to opt out.  It might be full too.   They both have plenty of
uncovered space.  Terry Lester is dock master at Florence.  Nice guy.
