T&T: how to adjust a Morse Control

Hi All,
I need some help. I have Morse Twin S for a
single engine with dual station.
The lower station works fine.
The fly bridge would not go all the way into reverse.
I adjust the detent setscrew and tried to adjust the friction
brake setscrew.
Now I have nothing, but if you move the lower station the upper 
will move. If the upper is not in neutral the lower will not work.
Does anyone know how to set up the upper station?
