I use the Michelin guide system (three stars "worth a special visit")
and was only referring to pump out quality. I have had occasion, like
Pascal to find the pump out non-functional or inadequate at various
marinas that are supposed to have them.
The ones I listed seem to make a point of keeping theirs in good
condition. Some good pump outs are at not so good marinas (we don't
stay there) and some otherwise great marinas have no or poor pump
out. Kinda like some are better for fuel than others.
