T&T: Antifreeze Leak at Neck of Radiator

There probably is a brass insert in the neck of the expansion tank that the
cap fits to.  The leak my be between the insert and the neck itself.

Buy or borrow a radiator pressure tester, and you can probably track this
down a lot easier than with the engine running.  I keep one aboard and have
reassured myself at least once that I did not have some serious problem in
one of my three internal combustion machines aboard the boat.  Others have
borrowed it to track down problems.
