Pump out is one of the things that ActiveCaptain tracks.  All of the marinas
that George listed show that pump out is available.  For example, here's a
link to Southport:

Pump out is in the Services section.

We show it has a 5 star rating from 6 reviews.  When you said it was 3 star,
did you mean the pump out was 3 stars or the marina?  ;-)

Many of the entries for pump out in marinas have additional information.
Someone just this morning updated the pump out info for Ashley and
Charleston City Marinas with additional information about the equipment
available for pump out - length of hoses, stuff like that.  We get about
half a dozen pump out updates a day - currently averaging 2,000 updates per
day since last week.
