T&T: potti-patrol

It is a sad state of the engineering abilities of the country that we do not
have poo pumpers that work and work for more than a few months.   We call
this a service economy but can't get a poo pumper fixed!!
 
I think the designers, engineering types, politicos, local governments,
Federal crats, DEP and any other  folks that have a hand it it should all be
made to shovel the stuff out until they get their S**T together. Guess that
is why the stuff rolls downhill.
 
In the meantime I am designing a fart filter for cows and anyone on the same
boat as me.  Going to retire on the royalties.
