even "big" marinas make it hard... the North Cove in Manhattan?  $6 a foot? 
they have some crappy (pun intended)  external pumps with hoses that don't 
reach most of the boats...  Charleston City Marina?  niet...   Utsch in Cape 
May?  broken... St Augustine municipal? broken the last time i came thru... 
St simmon's golden Isle?  nope....

the list goes on.
