your tank is full?

\and besides.compared to the real polution that is really going on(yes the  
barges full of trash are still leaving new York daily) it is nothing.
 
Talk to the sugar industry about Florida Bay, talk to the city of New York  
about the Barges of KRAP being dumped in the ocean daily, talk the city of 
Miami  that pumps millions of gallons of untreated raw sewage into the ocean 
daily,  then come to my boat and inforce me pumping my discharge in to the water. 
 
Bullshit.
 
It's boils down to an easy target for the cops.
