T&T: Rule 98 Shower Sump - Inlet Manifold Replacement Parts?

While working in the bilge today I noticed that one of my drain hoses was
loose (moved side to side) that is connected to our Rule 98 Shower Sump
inlet manifold.

Upon further examination I discovered that the inlet is cracked at the
manifold.

Does anyone know if you can simply purchase a replacement inlet manifold for
the Rule 98 Shower Sump or do you have to replace the whole sump (pump,
float switch, etc) as a complete unit?

I tried to search for Rule 98 sump replacement parts but no luck so far.

However before replacing the complete unit for ~$100 I thought I would check
on the T&T list for advice.
