T&T: Bleach in potable tanks

You don't need much bleach to get the job done.  In swimming pools you would
generally use 1 to 3 parts per million of bleach to sanitize the water.
Morning Star has two 150 gallon water tanks.  I use a shotglass of bleach in
each tank before refilling.  Even at this small amount the water still has a
chlorine smell in the shower.
