Current Canadian Navy Destroyers have them too, though I'm not sure about
the frigates

Bilge keels are two "fins" that run alongside the hull equidistant
from the main keel. They are considered a form of passive
stabilization in that they provide resistance to roll both at sea and
at anchor.
