T&T: bottom paint oxidizing on the hard

now that i am having some work done on the hard on my kk42, the yard called
and asked if i wanted to redo the bottom paint.  we just did it 6 mos ago, I
said.
well, they replied, since the boat will be out of water for 2 or 3 weeks the
bottom paint (Micron CSC, i believe, will harden in the air exposure and not
work when the boat is re launched.

should i re paint the bottom?
