T&T: BoatFix

I've had mostly good experience with BoatFix, but on the few occasions where
I needed help, customer service was a black hole.  Their "help desk" tickets
are a joke.  Mine were met with terse (almost rude) replies that were
virtually no help.  Their phone number directs you back to the help desk
tickets, unless you happen to know the extension # of one of the
owners/managers.  

 

Like I said, though, mostly my experiences were good.  Very fast shipping,
very good prices.  For me, my ordered items often have arrived by the time I
even get the tracking info online.
