T&T: Wiper motors and wipers

Good morning! 
I am just in the process of replacing windows on the old DeFever 40. The wiper motors and
wipers are the originals ( 35 years old ) so I thought I should replace them while I was at it.
Any recommendations from this knowledgeable group would be of great help.
