T&T: BoatFix

I have used BoatFix for about 6 years, with probably 75 or 80 orders, and have
only had to contact them twice about an item. Each time they quickly addressed
my problem to my satisfaction, at their expense. They are my favorite source
by far. Have not had problems getting to a real person either. If I had a
really ugly situation with an order, I may change my opinion as I have with
other difficult e-commerce vendors. But so far so good.
