I'll second Rock's recommendation. I've had two Tecma Silence toilets for 2 
1/2 years and they perform flawlessly. I got them to replace two Vacuflush 
toilets because they are completely self contained. The literature says the 
turbine can pump 90 meters horizontally up to a head height of 11 meters. 
That's really slinging the ole slurry. They come with a one button or two 
button control. When you press the 1 button control, it flushes and 
automatically refills the bowl. The 2 button control has a before and after 
button which leaves the bowl empty. Good for heavy seas. The women LOVE 
them. No valves, no pumps. Just before and after. Fresh water flush keeps 
them sweet smelling.

One of our listees is a distributor and he told me he can give me the 
dealer's price if I need another one. Be glad to give his email offline. No 
business connection. He does a lot of marine toilet installations in charter 
boats and he says the Tecma is bullet proof. Guy called him and said some 
one had put a beer bottle cap down one and it had jammed. My friend told him 
to reverse the turbine wires and flush it. It coughed up a tattered bottle 
cap; he rewired the toilet and it's still working. The literature says you 
can flush tampons and condoms down them but I don't suggest it.

Carefully study the installation guide as the require LOTS of current. 
Believe I wired mine in with AWG 4 to be on the safe side.
