T&T: Battery equalization

I am interested in the Nanopulser you referenced.  I also use Dyno batteries -
5 pairs of 6v GCs in a single bank but in two battery boxes - one box on each
side of my engine room.  I looked at the Nanopulser site but I was unclear if
a single unit would be appropriate in my installation and how it would be
wired.  Your experience and recommendations would be helpful.  Thanks, in
advance.
