I installed the Interstate Workaholic U2200 in 1996, eight batteries for 900
AH.  They are rated at 225 AH.  The U2300 are rated 235 AH.  These batteries
have performed flawlessly and are still going strong.   Granted, we are only
weekend cruisers and vacationers.  I don't use them for starting, just for the
house bank.  My starting battery is an Interstate 4D that I use for the Lehman
and the Onan.  I bought the U2200's from a local Interstate wholesaler for 58
bucks each.  This wholesaler also made up the connecting cables I needed.  I
think I spent less than 600 bucks for the golf cart and the 4D and the
connecting cables.  This wholesaler sells batteries to my marina who then sell
them to customers.  I guess today they are probably a bit more than 58 bucks.
They also took back the 8D's I took out.  Look for a local wholesaler in your
area.  They should be glad to sell you what you need if you walk in a buy it.
