I just checked and Kevin is correct!!

Yet when I checked about five or six years ago I know I found such a
requirement and it even specified flotable line and a minimum length....I now
wonder if that was for another class of boat and I did not notice that???

Anyway, I never liked having a line affixed anyway because it limits throw and
always stands a chance of prop tangle....so off it comes this spring... Rob
