T&T: Installing an electric fuel pump

Elliot's mention of an outboard type bulb filler reminded me that in the past
I have found a battery water filler bulb useful for topping off hard to reach
locations. This is the bulb designed for replacing water in batteries...at any
automotive store..

It also reminded me that some years ago I adjusted the mounting height of my
