T&T: Dogs on boats

"Is there anything more joyous than to see somebody going by in a dink on a
sunny morning with a goofy looking dog, or even a beautiful purebread, or a
pig, hanging out the front in ectasy?"

Especially if it is a foggy, cold, rainy day and you are anchored near a
steep muddy bank that bears were last seen at.   That is when you really
appreciate your cats!
