T&T: Kind of interesting: UK Coastguards to strike next week

It's a UK government outfit that has all the coordination responsibilities 
of the USCG with few of the assets. They do have contract helos and access 
to military assets. Their strike will not have a significant impact on the 
RNLI volunteer lifeboats, but could affect the coordination of a disaster 
response.
