T&T: Kind of interesting: UK Coastguards to strike next week

 >The first strike in the history of the UK coastguard will be held  
on 6 March
for 24 hours.

I think this is a different organization that the "real" UK  
coastguard, which is the all-volunteer, non-government, Royal  
National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).  These are the guys who go out  
in impossible conditions to rescue people off sinking or foundering  
ships and boats.  I have no idea what the Maritime and Coastguard  
Agency does.
