T&T: Boats Are Slowing Down

This last weekend we were returning from Washington DC's newest
marina--National Harbor--and discovered a lot of boats on the water.  We also
enjoyed passing both a "go fast" and Sea Ray.  The "go fast" considered
speeding up, but must have felt a pain in his butt cheek at the same time; he
slowed back down.
So, on the Northern Potomac, the boats are still out, just
not going as far or as fast.
