T&T: USCG too late response

Ed,

Your defence of USCG and the reasons offered for any problems are most
commendable but your explanations accept that there are problems.

I have no experience of USCG and have no axe to grind but I do not
categorise comments and criticism as "bashing.

If there is a perception, amongst the experienced people contributing to
this forum, that there is a problem with some CG radio operators then those
people who have influence should be so informed and made to sit up and
listen.

Loyalty is a virtue but it should never outweigh honesty.
