T&T: copper conical sealing washers

A couple weeks I sent out an SOS for the name of these devices: connie seals I
think they're called. Someone sent me a web site which sells them. 3/8" , 45d
flare. I ordered them and forgot about it until today I realized they haven't
arrived. I don't have an email acknowledgement of the sale and worse, I've
forgotten the name of the supplier. Help. Will the kind listee who first gave
me the site pleas do so again.
