T&T: "the best" AC system?

[Vance Nelson] FWIW - I have had a ground source heat pump at my home in
Northern Michigan for 20 years now.  My water comes from a deep well and the
temp is 47 degrees.

Can you enlighten us to the break point sea water temperatures for efficient
use of the heating side of the heat pump systems?  I was under the
impression the Puget Snd mid-40 deg. Temps in the winter were too cold to
effectively use the system for heating.  Thanks.
