Subject: T&T: US Customs Entry Decal

As usual, I have procrastinated long enough to create a problem for myself.
I have read that I will need a US Customs Re-entry decal for my boat (35')
upon returning to the US from Canada. Is this decal available locally (at
the various ports of entry) or should(?) / must(?) it be acquired by mail?
We have passports, so that should not be an issue. This decal (TAX) seems
to be a minor annoyance. Is it any more than that? Will waiting to acquire
the decal locally, if possible, cause any major/minor delays or other
issues? If the local acquisition really causes a problem I can order it and
have it delivered to a marina in route if necessary.

Thanks again,
