Here is my 2 cents. It sounds like you have a vacuum leak and they are hard 
to find. One trick I have used is to fill the system with water by holding 
the petal up and turning off the pump. Then it is much easier to look for a 
water leaking out of a pump or fitting. Turning the pump on will remove the 
water.
