T&T: Batteries - Sears Platinum Series

There was a thread a bit ago about Sears Platinum batteries.

Without major revisions to built in battery boxes I am stuck using Group 27 (or very close in size) 12 volt batteries. To that end I looked at the Platinum Series (AGM deep cycle) marine batteries at Sears and found the following.

Group 31 Batteries are $235 ea with a 100% 3 year warranty and prorated afterwords. The car batteries are the 4 year 100% replace. Not quite as good a deal as originally reported in the link below. Debating the options with myself now.
