T&T: Alternator Sizing

Have a Marine Trader 36 DC with a Lehman 120 with a 60 amp alternator that
does a good job of charging a bank of four T-125 Trojans that are the
starting/house bank.

I also have a duplicate bank for my invertor. What size alternator can the
engine handle to charge both banks if it actually can be done?

The invertor bank is presently charged by its' own old ferris type charger
and running the gen set at sea is a waste of money for this purpose.

Any ideas from the group?
