T&T: Anchor chain washing

Don Casey (100 fast & easy boat improvements - p. 45) describes a portable
anchor chain scrubber composed of 3 scrub brushes mounted inside a drain pipe
with a slot in the side of the pipe to introduce the chain. The assembly can be
mounted on a pole for cleaning the chain well before it reaches the anchor
roller. I suspect a washdown hose could also be mounted on the scrubber.
