The floscan units are notoriously inaccurate in applications on "old school"
engines because they use in and out sensors to calibrate fuel useage. The
problem being that at low flow, like the return line, the flow monitors are
hard pressed to read the actual amount of fuel moving thru the line, hence an
inaccurate reading. A small tank with a sight gauge accurately calibrated and
a known distance and time will give you real world numbers that are correct.
