T&T: AIS Iconography

RE:  Normally, AIS targets display as yellow arrowheads. What does one in
black outline with an x over it mean?

After using AIS this past weekend with my Nobeltec VNS 9.0 SW it is my
understanding that the Icon with a black outline and X means "ship at
anchor".    

You will also notice that there is no course heading line from the ship with
the black outline Icon.
