T&T: Looking for a source for Stainless Steel Tubing (polished) with 1.375 outside diameter, .065 wall, 2 to 3 ft in length

I am trying to find a shop or dealer where I can purchase a 2 to 3ft  piece
of "polished" Stainless Steel Tubing (seamless) with a 1.375  ( 1 3/8)
outside diameter and .065.

I need to use this for rail repair that suffered freeze damage due to
trapped water.

While I have found some shops that have 1.375 tubing that is unpolished, I
have not yet been able to find a shop or dealers that can provide the above
hence my request for assistance.

I would therefore greatly appreciate any tips or leads that folks might be
able to provide.
