The obvious answer
to all Cummins issues is the distributor in Baltimore,
Cummins Power Systems. 
However, a local fellow that we used and were quite
pleased with was Gary
Gateau from Drum Point Marine in Solomons.

model, a more general guy like Gary might be
a better answer.
