T&T: CBS News: Boating down

Yesterday, I drove 368 miles, mostly on I95 from Eastern North Carolina to 
Maryland, Northwest of Baltimore. At no tome did I encounter traffic and 
drove 5 mph above the posted limit. Only a few idiots passed me at high 
speed and they seemed to come from Florida and North Carolina, or they were 
locals soon exiting.

Trucks maintained the speed limit or 5 mph above and did not even speed-up 
going downhill. The amount of truck traffic was down, but could have been 
due to the impending holiday.

Boat traffic in Washington, NC has been down for a month or more. The times 
they are a'changing.
