T&T: Fresh water Tank problem

Good idea, Lee.  I have never had an issue with water systems clogging with
algae as described in the original post.  Not in San Diego for four years
and not in the 18 years the boat has been here in Florida.  I lived aboard
for 5 years, but all the rest of the time the boat sits with both 120-gal
tanks pretty much full.  Just for the heck of it, once in awhile over the
last couple of years I have set up a siphon over the transom and to drain
all the water before refilling (one advantage of tanks with their bottoms
above the W/L).
