T&T: Job Well Done - Chesapeake Bay

It is refreshing to find a company that does what is necessary to ensure
customer satisfaction.  Late last year, we had Spring Cove Marina in Solomons,
MD, do some really expensive fiberglass work (fortunately, cosmetic - not
structural).  We later noticed some things that weren't right and sent photo's
to Spring Cove. The response was immediate - "we stand behind our work, please
bring the boat back, and we will fix any problems."  So, a couple of weeks
ago, back the boat went for an almost two-week stay with MUCH better results.
For Spring Cove Marina, this had to have been an expensive do-over, but they
did it without any arguing over details or any hassle at all.  Highly
recommended!!!
