While doing the great loop , my premium for a 1977 morgan heritage trawler  
covered for 75k, with a 10% named storm deduction, dropped from $2,700 a year 
to  $600 a year when I cruised under the George Washington bridge, considered  
inland.
 
In a word, HELL YES! 
 
Yesterday I called boat US and was told there is NO discount for being on  
the St. Johns River. You have to be north of Jacksonville, then I would save a  
mere $300 a year.
