T&T: Jabsco/Par toilet problem

I'm having a problem with an old Jabsco/Par toilet. I don't know the model
number but I believe this was a manual toilet that was converted to electric.
In the last few days the toilet has not been emptying as usual. The motor and
pump run effectively, and water is pumped in, but it isn't pumping out. It
slowly drains out, however. I checked the vent and it's clear. The other
toilet (manual) is fine. Our attempts to flush are rapidly filling the tank.
It's much more efficient when it flushes using very little water (obviously),
as it was just a few days ago. I bought a "Blast It", a toilet clog clearing
device from WM, but I'm reluctant to use it considering the pressures it could
create. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
