T&T: 8D Batteries

Perhaps it has something to do with your location, particularly if this
type of battery is rarely asked for in your area as Capt. Maurice
stated.  In our area (Puget Sound) deep-cycle, flooded-cell 8Ds are very
common.  We have them in our boat and have never had a problem getting
new ones when we've needed to.  So I'm sure you could order them but I'd
hate to see the shipping bill :-)
