T&T: tape

We had a thread here a while back discussing a tape that adheres to itself.
Useful for stopping various leaks. I purchased some at the time at Radio Shack
but it seems they no longer carry it. Please advise me of the name and
purchase place of same.

On a similar subject, is there a heat-shrink tape similar to the adhesive
lined heat shrink tubing that you can wrap on after the wires are joined?
