You will have to guestimate the maximum current you are likely to draw
to determine both the breaker size and the required wire size.
If your anchor winch will be powered through this breaker, then the
breaker should be a bit larger than the recommended breaker for the
anchor winch, and the wire should be large enough to carry that
current, since the anchor winch will almost certainly cause the
largest draw (unless you have a bow thruster...).
