T&T: Noisy Neighbors

We seem to have left out:
1. Those "cute" little yippy dogs. (Some day, I swear I'll find our how well
one swims!)
2. Cell phoners in a quiet anchorage who don't trust the air waves and yell
everything. (Yes, sir -- we heard you tell your wife over the phone that you
had to stay in town for a couple more days for business, just after which
you returned to the "business" of that cure little blonde in the cockpit.)
3. Stinkpotters with their boom boxes turned way up so they also have to
scream to hear each other.
4. Drinkers who get louder and louder as the night goes on.
5. Gensets brilliantly designed with the exhaust AT the waterline.  (I am
told that potatoes in the exhaust quiet them down fairly quickly.)  The only
excuse for one of those running late at night is if there's someone aboard
on an iron lung!
