 A company opening it's first production facility 
in San Jose, California (50 miles South of San 
Francisco, NOT near Mexico...).

 Still NO information on panel efficiency, the 
relationship between solar power received, 
approximately 1000 watts per square meter, and 
power delivered to load, but better than nothing 
at all...
