T&T: Fuel Pricing

 First there are 5 refineries within 20 miles of 
San Francisco (just across the Bay) and they all 
do both gasoline and diesel fuel refining to the 
requirements here in California, so that does NOT 
explain any costs of fuel being higher in San 
Francisco than it is in San Jose which is FURTHER 
away from those refineries.
 Second the autumn variance in fuel pricing is 
almost always explained by the old "Have to switch 
over to making home heating oil for the winter" 
which is again NO reason considering that less 
than 0.1% of Americans use heating oil to heat 
their homes, and NOBODY in Northern California 
does...

 These are just more LIES from the Oil Companies 
to "explain away" the obvious price manipulation 
they have been engaged in for decades.

 And they will never stop...
