T&T: Handrail hardware and fuel speculation

I've been searching online for some handrail, endcaps without luck...These  
are the hollow ends of my teak handrail, chrome/brass, that open for boarding,  
chucking PC correct people overboard, etc....I tried Sailor Samz, but figured 
 asking the list might be the best course...Any help would be appreciated. 
 
On the $4-$5 DOLLAR fuel issue. I went to my bank and got a zero interest  
credit card, and am going to fill all my fuel tanks, and some drums with enough  
fuel for all of next year...This will guarantee that the price of diesel will 
 go DOWN for everyone else....That's how my speculation luck runs, so  take  
heart fellow boaters!!!
