T&T: Tool Bargain at Walmart?

I've been seeing ads for a new Skil right-angle drive with a Lithium Ion 
battery. It's clearly a consumer product and develops only 25 foot pounds of 
torque. So, maybe it's a nut and bolt spinner.

It's generally sold at $59.95, but Walmart is already having a clearance at 
$30.00. Maybe it's a turkey or maybe it did not make expected Christmas 
sales. Since one can return it (with all packaging) maybe it's worth a try 
for close spaces - finishing-up with a conventional end wrench?
