T&T: Passport Service

I just renewed my passport. Talk about a quick turnaround.  I
sent it in by FedEx On December 24th, and received my new one on
January 2nd.  (I did enclose the expedite fee)

Another friend obtained his very first passport in mid December.
 The turnaround time for him was two weeks.

So it appears that the backlog at the State department is over.
